● We verify all parts applications using the vehicle identification number (VIN number). If a VIN number is not added to the order and the part is incorrect, the re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns and the return shipping will fall upon the consumer. There are many options that today's modern vehicles are built with and we strive to provide the correct part the first time.

○ An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
○ If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
○ There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
○ We will not reimburse you for any lost wages, rental vehicle costs, storage fees, install/shop labor costs, or any other expense you may incur while waiting for your part(s) to arrive, regardless of the reason.
○ We do not accept payments from outside of the United States, payments MUST have US billing address. Any foreign payments will result in a cancelled order.
○ Part Warranty is only applicable within the Untied States, we do not ship internationally any damages that occur due to exporting will not be covered by shipping protection or warranty.
○ Parts must be salable and in the original packaging.
○ ++++++++ Selecting Overnight or Express shipping is not a guarantee of part availability. If the part is not in stock, we will contact you with an

○ We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts.
○ Electrical parts are not returnable.
○ Core returns: Please contact us for a return label, this will be sent to your email and will be deducted from your refund. If you send the part back on your own please contact us with the tracking information.
○ Parts marked VINTAGE or OBSOLETE are final sale items, there will be no returns accepted for these parts.
○ We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
○ Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
○ Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order preferably with an email. Cancelations on the day it ships may result in the order being shipped.
○ We DO NOT program modules or cut keys to your VIN if it's provided on the order. These are things your local (Brand Name) dealership must do for you.
○ "Paint to match" (PTM) for GM parts refers to new, primed, or unpainted replacement components—such as bumpers, mirrors, or door handles—that require custom painting to match the existing vehicle color
- Location: Usually in the driver-side door jamb, glove box, or on the rear compartment lid.
- Format: Typically a 3-digit code preceded by "WA" (e.g., WA 8555 for black).
The paint code is required to ensure an exact match. It is usually found on a sticker, often labeled "BC/CC" (Basecoat/Clearcoat) followed by a number, often beginning with "WA".
○ If parts are defective please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty.
○ The Manufacturer Warranty of any Part only Covers the replacement of the defective part and does not include any reimbursement for any Labor cost that would have been incurred during the installation and replacement of the defective part. The Seller(s), Johnny Londoff Chevrolet , Inc. and Londoff Discount Parts hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Johnny Londoff Chevrolet, Inc. and Londoff Discount Parts neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
Return Terms and Conditions : All returned items must be received within 30 days, be in the original package, and accompanied by this invoice. There will be a 20% handling charge on all returned parts. We are not allowed to accept returns on electrical, installed, opened or special order items. Discontinued items are non-returnable. Please prepay when ordering special order items.
We do NOT ship hazardous items.
